The amazing thing about cooking on a grill is how versatile the tool is, and that you can cook multiple dishes on the grill at once. Which makes it the perfect way to cook for a big party during the summer.
Here are 5 recipes that you must try this summer.
Recipe 1 – Grilled Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:
Shrimp
Garlic
Butter
Olive oil
Cajun spice
Lemon pepper
Chilli flakes
Fresh lemon juice
Cream

Step 1 – Start heating up your grill.
Step 2 – While your grill is warming up, you are going to want to mix your salt, pepper, oil, lemon pepper, and cajun spice together in a bowl. Wash your shrimp and add them to the mix.
Step 3 – Take a large pot and melt your butter in it. Then add the garlic, the rest of your spices, and your lemon juice. Stir the mixture over the heat for 2 minutes before pouring in the cream. Take off the heat and leave to marinate while you cook the shrimp.
Step 4 – Place your shrimp on the grill – they should take around 5 minutes to cook. You can tell they are properly cooked when they stop being translucent.
Step 5 – Mix your prawns into the garlic butter sauce that you have created. Finish with an extra squeeze of lemon.

1 medium-large beef brisket – (about 5 pounds)
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Salt
Black pepper
(For The Honey BBQ Sauce)
Ketchup
Molasses
Honey
Brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Dijon mustard
Garlic powder
Apple cider vinegar
Coldwater
Cornstarch
Step 1 – Combine the sauce ingredients and rub all over the meat. Leave the brisket to marinate overnight. You can shorten this to two hours if you are pressed for time.
Step 2 – Take your brisket out of the fridge and allow it to warm up to room temperature. Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub them into the brisket.
Step 4 – Cook your brisket on the grill – this can take between 3-8 hours depending on the size of the brisket you are cooking with.

Recipe 3 – Spicy Eggs And Bacon
Ingredients:
Eggs
Bacon
Tomatoes (on the vine)

Sriracha Sauce
Maple Syrup

Step 1 – Start heating up your grill.
Step 2 – While your grill is warming up, mix the Sriracha sauce and the maple syrup together and glaze your bacon.
Step 3 – Place your bacon, eggs, and tomatoes in a pan on your grill. Allow them to cook and remove when they are done.
Step 4 – Finish with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Recipe 4 – Grilled Miso Salmon and Rice
Ingredients:
Miso paste
Soy Sauce
Fresh Ginger
Garlic Powder
Honey
Chili Flakes
White Wine Vinegar
Brown Sugar
Salmon
Avocado
Rice
Edamame Beans
Step 1 – Grate your ginger, mix with honey, soy sauce, and miso paste. Add some hot water and put the Salmon in the mixture overnight.
Step 2 – Start heating up your grill.
Step 3- While your grill is warming up, start cooking your rice in a rice cooker. Melt the sugar in a small amount of water, add white wine vinegar then leave to cool. Once the rice is done, mix the sugar mixture through it.
Step 4 – Take your salmon and cook it on the grill. While it is cooking, slice up your avocado and edamame beans – place them on top of the rice.
Step 5 – When the salmon is cooked, break it up and serve it over the rice straight away.
Recipe 5 – Sticky Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings
Smoked Salt
Paprika
(For The Honey BBQ Sauce)
Ketchup
Molasses
Honey
Brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Dijon mustard
Garlic powder
Apple cider vinegar
Coldwater
Cornstarch
Step 1 – Combine the sauce ingredients and rub all over the meat. Leave the wings to marinate overnight. You can shorten this to two hours if you are pressed for time.
Step 2 – Take your wings out of the fridge and allow them to warm up to room temperature. This should take about half an hour. Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub them into the brisket.
Step 3 – Cook the wings on the grill for around 20 minutes or until the meat starts to brown. Serve with your favorite sides, like corn on the cob or another recipe from this list.
Note, you can add hot sauce to the above recipe if you like your wings spicy.
