Ingredients

Two chicken drumstick with thigh bone removed

Seasonings

  1. One Tablespoon of Sesame oil
  2. One tablespoon of cooking wine
  3. Half tablespoon of Light soy sauce
  4. Half tablespoon of corn flour
  5. Freshly Ground black pepper

Procedure

  1. Mix all the seasoning in a container.
  2. Remove excess fat from the chicken drumsticks and marinate it in the container of seasoning.
  3. Put the container in the refrigerator for at least one hour and remove it from the fridge 5 minutes before cooking it.
  4. Put a pan on gas and add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. As the oil warm up, fry the chicken on medium heat for about 8 minutes or till it turns into golden brown color. After the color change, heat the other side of chicken.
  6. For good fragrance and extra taste, one should sprinkle some black pepper on the chicken while grilling.
  7. Grill the chicken for another 8- 10 minutes till it is cooked well.

Ingredients

  1. One green apple
  2. Spring onions
  3. 2 – 3 Olive sliced in halves
  4. Few coriander leaves
  5. Two tablespoon olive oil
  6. Honey
  7. Table salt
  8. Black pepper

  1. First of all, wash the apple with salty water and then cut it into thin slices similar to match stick.
  2. Soak the slices in salt water for about 15 seconds. The benefit of soaking slices into salty water is that it retains its color.
  3. Now add olive slices, spring onions, and coriander into a bowl.
  4. Add salt and black pepper into the ingredients and combine them well.
  5. One should sprinkle olive oil and some honey for the taste.
  6. Garnish salad with spring onions and it is ready to serve.
